As we gear up for the rest of the year and look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to share some key updates about our facility’s operations, new features, and ways we’re making Storage HQ even better for you.
Regular Maintenance Schedules and Winter Preparations
We understand the importance of maintaining a clean, well-kept facility for our customers. To better serve you, we’ve partnered with a new 3rd-party lawn maintenance company that will now visit the facility twice a month to ensure the grounds are kept tidy and presentable. This team will also handle essential preparations for the upcoming winter season, including clearing snow and maintaining pathways for easy and safe access to your storage units.
Additionally, our trusted Boots on the Ground (BOG) team will continue bi-weekly visits to conduct minor facility maintenance and perform regular inspections. These visits will include completing task checklists and promptly reporting any updates or issues to the Operations Manager. Rest assured, Storage HQ remains committed to providing a safe and well-maintained facility throughout the year.
